Documents Provided by the Buyer

At the outset of our collaboration, we ask the Buyer to submit the following documents for verification:

Company Profile

A detailed profile of the Buyer’s company.

Product Specifications

Detailed specifications of the petroleum products, including required volumes and port of discharge.

Signatory Information

The name of the authorized signatory, accompanied by a copy of their passport.

Transaction Experience

A verification of whether the company has previously engaged in similar trading activities. If not, a statement confirming the company’s qualifications to undertake such transactions.

Corporate Registration Details

This includes the Company Registration Certificate, names and residential addresses of directors, contact details, information on other shareholders, Import License, and full contact information.

Acceptance of Procedures

A written statement confirming that the Buyer agrees to the Seller’s procedures. If the Buyer has not completed any similar transactions before, they must provide an initial letter outlining their proposed method of proceeding.

Banking Information

The name of the bank to be used for the transaction, its BIC/SWIFT code, account number/IBAN, and contact details of the bank officer.

Full transparency and credibility are crucial and can be demonstrated through the documents provided by the Buyer.
